How do I start an application?

Create an account, then look up your embassy from the home page or the Find page. Once you've found the right embassy, you can start a visa, birth certificate, or travel document application from your dashboard.

Which embassy will handle my application?

Your application is routed to the embassy that serves your country of residence for the participating country you're applying to.

How do I pay for my application?

Once your application is submitted, you'll be prompted to pay the applicable fee by card. Your application is processed only after payment is confirmed.

Can I edit an application after submitting it?

You can edit or delete an application while it's still awaiting payment. Once payment is confirmed, changes must go through the embassy handling your case.
